Return Policy

Hi dear customer!

Even though I have full faith in shower head, I know that sometimes shopping may not always go your way. It doesn’t matter! To make your shopping experience worry-free, we have established the following simple and clear return policy.

Our return validity period is 14 natural days. If you are not satisfied with the shower head you purchased, you can apply for return or exchange within 14 natural days after signing for the shower head. As long as you request a return within this time frame, we will do our best to address your concerns. Before returning or exchanging goods, please contact customer service Kizuwanda Grant via email at [email protected] to apply for a return, or submit your return application on the order details page. We will process your return order within 1-2 business days.

However, if you decide to return your shower head, your shower head may need to meet the following conditions:

1) Return requests can only be made within 14 natural days after receipt. Return requests will not be accepted after this period.

2) The returned shower head can be in new or lightly used condition, but it needs to come with all original packaging and return label. (The return label will be included in the original packaging of your shower head when shipped).

3) The returned shower head has no obvious signs of use or human damage.

Return order processing time

We will process your return order within 1-2 business days.

Fantasysell.com’s return order processing time is Monday-Friday/9:00AM-5:00PM (EST).

Our return order cutoff time is 5:00 PM (EST), Monday-Friday, return orders placed after 5:00 p.m. Monday-Thursday will be prioritized at 9:00 a.m. the following day.

Return orders after 5:00 PM (EST) on Friday will be processed next Monday. (Orders will not be processed during holidays)

Return process

If you decide to return the product within 14 natural days after signing for it, you can follow the following process:

1) There is a return label in our original packaging. Please fill in the relevant information on the label before returning the shower head.

2) Pack the shower head in its original packaging, including the received free gifts and return label, and send it to 11291 Harts Rd APT 2108, Jacksonville, Florida, 32218-3714.

3) After express delivery, send the logistics information and express tracking number to our customer service Kizuwanda Grant via email [email protected] so that we can check and refund you as soon as possible after receiving it.

4) Once the returned shower head arrives at Fantasysell.com’s warehouse and passes inspection, the refund process will begin.

Different return reasons and shipping costs

1) If your shower head has never been delivered or has not been delivered for more than 7 business days, please contact our customer service Kizuwanda Grant at [email protected] and we will provide you with a full refund.

2) If you do not like the style of the shower head or the shower head you receive has quality problems such as wear and tear, you can contact customer service Kizuwanda Grant by sending an email to [email protected], and we will provide you with a return and refund service.

3) Regarding return shipping costs, if you choose to return the shower head due to quality or shipping issues (such as the received shower head being worn), the shipping costs will be borne by Fantasysell.com. If you choose to return the product due to your personal preference (not liking the color or style of the shower head) or other reasons, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

Refund amount

1) Refund processing method for successful returns

After the return is successful, your refund amount will be fully returned to your PayPal account within 1-2 business days.

2) Refund processing method for canceled orders

After successfully canceling your order, your refund will be fully refunded to your PayPal account within 1-2 business days.

It may take some time for the refund to arrive, so please be patient.

About the cost of secondary listing

Please note that you do not need to pay for secondary listings.

Exchange process

If you need to exchange the product within 14 natural days after signing for it, you can follow the following process:

1) Contact our customer service Kizuwanda Grant at [email protected] to apply for an exchange.

2) Pack the shower head in its original packaging, including our free gifts received, and send the shower head to 11291 Harts Rd APT 2108, Jacksonville, Florida, 32218-3714.

3) After the express delivery, please send the logistics information and express delivery number by email to [email protected] to contact our customer service Kizuwanda Grant, so that we can check and re-deliver the goods for you as soon as possible after receiving it.

Reasons for exchange and shipping costs

If the shower head you receive needs to be exchanged due to quality problems such as wear and tear, please contact customer service Kizuwanda Grant by sending an email to [email protected]. We will reship it for you and the freight will be borne by Fantasysell.com.

Warranty Policy

The warranty period of the shower head is 12 months after you sign for it. During the warranty period, if the shower head you purchased has problems such as rust or no water discharge, you can contact our customer service Kizuwanda Grant by emailing photos and videos reflecting the product problem to [email protected], and we will contact you You confirm the repair time and repair cost.

Notice:
1) If the shower head fails to discharge water due to product quality problems, the repair costs and shipping costs will be borne by Fantasysell.com; if the shower head is damaged due to your carelessness, the repair costs and shipping costs will be borne by you.
2) The warranty is effective from the date you sign for the shower head.
