Free UPS Express shipping on all orders (We currently only sell in the United States)
Order Processing Time
We understand that you can’t wait to experience your new shower head, so we will process and ship it as soon as possible. Usually, we will process it within 1-2 business days. If there is a holiday, it will be postponed.
Fantasysell.com’s order processing time is Monday-Friday/9:00AM-5:00PM (EST).
Our order cutoff time is 5:00 PM (EST), Monday-Friday, orders placed after 5:00 p.m. Monday -Thursday will be prioritized for processing at 9:00 a.m. the following day.
Orders after 5:00 PM (EST) on Friday will be processed and shipped next Monday. (Orders will not be processed during holidays)

Shipping Time
After the order is processed, we will arrange delivery for you as soon as possible. The shipping time will vary according to your geographical location, generally 3-5 business days. In case of holidays, it will be postponed.

Delivery Time
It will take approximately 4-7 business days from the date we process your order to receive your shower head. If there is a holiday, it will be postponed. Details are as follows:
1) We usually need 1-2 business days to process your order.
2) For orders shipped via UPS Express, our shipping time is 3-5 business days.
Note: If you do not receive the shower head within 7 business days after placing the order, please contact our customer service Kizuwanda Grant at [email protected] and we will arrange a refund or resend for you.
Shipping Cost Calculation
We use reliable UPS Express as our shipping method and offer free shipping on all orders.
That is to say, as long as you purchase any product on our website and complete the payment, you can enjoy our free shipping service regardless of the quantity you purchase.
About Consumption Tax
We do not charge consumption tax. If consumption tax is incurred, customers need to pay it themselves.
Package
Every purchase is a wonderful experience, and we hope that this experience starts from the moment you receive the package.
Therefore, we carefully customize the packaging for each order to ensure that the shower head remains intact during shipping while providing you with a pleasant unboxing experience.
We will pack your shower head in a carton and add plastic foam paper inside to prevent scratches, bumps or crushing.
The package contains the shower head you purchased and a return label (the return label will be required when returning the product, so it is recommended to keep it in a safe place).

Sign for Order
Please check whether the packaging is intact before signing for it. If the shower head is damaged or crushed, please reject it and contact customer service Kizuwanda Grant at [email protected] promptly. We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund for you. Thank you.
We recommend that you sign for receipt in person. If someone else signs for it, make sure your package is not lost.
We recommend that you keep the original packaging of the shower head when signing for it in case you need to return or exchange it later.

1. Which countries can orders be shipped to?
We ship from 802 south 14th st, Newark NJ, 07108.
In order to ensure the quality of our services, we currently only sell in the United States. If there are any subsequent adjustments, we will announce them on the website without prior notice.
2. Can I cancel my order?
You can change order information or cancel an order within half an hour after placing it, as long as the order has not been processed. After half an hour, our orders will enter the packaging process. Once packaging is complete, the order cannot be canceled.
After successfully canceling the order, the refund will be returned within 1-2 business days, please be patient.
3. Can I change my order information?
Before payment, please carefully check whether your order information is correct and make sure to leave and fill in the correct: recipient, phone number, shipping address, and email address.
After you place an order, you will usually receive a confirmation email containing your order details.
Once an order is submitted, this information cannot be changed.
4. What if my shower head is lost during transportation?
Although it’s rare, if your shower head gets lost in transit, don’t worry, you can contact Kizuwanda Grant at [email protected] with your order number and we’ll do our best to help you solve the problem.
